Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak times, processing times may extend beyond this timeframe.
Shipping Time: The next phase commences once your goods leave our warehouse. The 8 - 25 days timeframe applies specifically to orders shipped to the following places: US, CA, AU, UK, EU, and NZ. For other countries, please allow an extended shipping period of 3-4 weeks.
Shipping Methods: We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, and others to ship your orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
Order Tracking: Upon shipping your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. This enables you to track your package's journey during transit.
Returns: To align with our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, we do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit. This policy also extends to issues related to ordering the wrong size, items no longer wanted, sale, or clearance items, etc.
We encourage you to carefully review the size chart before placing your order and anticipate a 1-3cm standard deviation in measurements, as our manufacturers cannot guarantee identical items.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Himekoi holds no responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If you have concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
