Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, we presently do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide store credit. Likewise, refunds for issues such as incorrect sizing, unwanted items, or sale/clearance purchases are unavailable.
Before completing your purchase, carefully consult our size chart. Please anticipate a slight 1-3cm deviation in measurements, as manufacturing processes may result in minor variations.
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your item if you encounter any issues or concerns.

Damages/Incorrect Items/Out-of-Stock Items/Unable to Ship Items: Refunds will be issued for damaged or flawed items, items out-of-stock, incorrect items received, or if shipping becomes impossible.
For damaged or flawed items, please send clear photos to support@himekoi.com for assessment and potential refund.
Note that certain items, like jeans, shorts, and skirts, may arrive with buttonholes sewn shut. Should you encounter this, you can carefully open the hole with scissors or a seam ripper. If you encounter difficulty, contact us for assistance. Please note, we cannot guarantee refunds for such instances, as some manufacturers sew the buttonholes shut to denote the item as new and unworn. Himekoi is not responsible for injuries resulting from attempts to open buttonholes.
If an item is out of stock or an incorrect item is received, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. In cases where shipping becomes impossible due to external factors, refunds will be issued accordingly.
Cancellations are not accepted once orders have been processed for shipping. However, changes to your order are permissible; contact support@himekoi.com promptly. Please note, in certain instances, orders may ship before requested changes can be accommodated.
Customer’s Mistake on Address: We are not liable for errors in address entries during checkout. Please ensure accuracy in your billing and shipping details prior to finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages post-delivery confirmation.
In cases where shipping address errors are made on our part, we will take full responsibility by either reshipping or refunding your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be destroyed by the shipping company. While the tracking status may display “return to sender,” the package will not be returned to us, and refunds or reshipments cannot be facilitated.
In instances where orders are lost in transit due to shipping company error, we will engage with the shipping company to locate your package. If unsuccessful, we will reship your order at no additional cost. 🌐✉️
